Architectectural Technologist

We are looking for a motivated Architectural Technologist to work on a range of residential and commercial projects in North Dublin. The successful candidate would ideally have:   

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience.
  • Enthusiasm for architecture and quality construction detailing.
  • Be experienced in detailed tender drawings and working drawings.
  • Experience in carrying out site inspections preferable.
  • High level of proficiency using AutoCAD.
  • You must also have a strong working knowledge of the current Irish Building Regulations.
  • Remuneration based on experience.

Registered Architect

We are looking for a motivated qualified Architect to work on a range of residential and commercial projects in North Dublin.  The successful candidate would ideally have:  

Qualifications

  • Excellent design & technical capabilities
  • Minimum 5 years post qualification experience
  • Professional Practice qualification, either registered or eligible for RIAI registration
  • Excellent skills in CAD, Photoshop, Indesign and 3d skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Passion for architecture and design
  • Excellent standard of spoken, written and technical English
  • Remuneration based on experience.

Architectural Graduate

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Architectural Graduate to work on a range of residential and commercial projects in North Dublin. This will be an excellent opportunity to acquire experience in preparation for the Professional Practice Examination. The successful candidate would ideally have:  

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Auto-CAD and Sketchup essential
  • Minimum 1 years post graduate experience.
  • Ability to work well within a highly motivated team
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong design, technical and construction knowledge including Planning and Building Regulations / BC(A)R

The position involves the following:

  • Preparation of Sketch Design & Feasibility Studies
  • Preparation of planning, tender and construction drawings plus related specification.
  • Assist the design team in developing design through all project stages.
  • Compiling BCAR documentation and logging all related site inspection records.
  • Issuing and coordinating the timely delivery of all necessary information to site.
  • Carrying out site visits and liaising with contractor and clients as required
