We offer a complete Architectural Service, from initial design stages through to management, supervision and certification of construction works. We also offer consultation on any planning and compliance inquiries that you may have and also offer full legal mapping services.

1. INITIAL sketch DESIGN CONCEPT

We work closely with our clients to develop a brief/initial design for their project. We then prepare a Feasibility Study/Sketch Design for presentation to The Client and Planners

2. developed design & planning

Once the clients brief is confirmed, we further develop the design towards a planning application. We prepare the relevant drawings and documentation for submission. We also co-ordinate and incorporate the work of other consultants if appropriate (Land Surveyor/Structural/Environmental Engineers) for the application.

3. detail design and tender

Once planning is approved we work with the client to develop a detailed design of their project. In conjunction with other consultants, we produce tender drawings and specification documents to ensure accurate pricing for the construction work. We then assess the tenders, appoint a contractor with the client and prepare relevant contract documents for their project.

4. Construction

Once a contractor is appointed, construction can begin. We provide the necessary drawings/documents and carry out regular site inspections to ensure the client is represented throughout the building works.

5. practical completion and certification

On completion and throughout the Construction stage, we coordinate with the client and contractor to ensure all aspects of the building works are correctly certified.
